Meet the 20L Day Bag

When we first dreamed up the Day Bag in 2024, the goal was simple: to build a feature-rich tote bag that could carry everything you'd need for a long ski day. We wanted to design the antidote to all of the basic, canvas, black hole-esque tote bags on the market. A bag with clear organization and clever features that simplify your day.

The original 30L Day Bag became our ski day workhorse. It's big enough for your helmet, goggles, layers, and everything else you usually bring to the mountain. When we launched it, the response was overwhelmingly positive and we've since sold out more than three times. Quickly after we launched, though, we learned that most people were using the Day Bag for far more than ski days. In fact, some customers didn’t ski at all — they simply loved it as their travel or weekend bag.

This past winter, we started hearing the same thing from customers: “Can you make a smaller one?” and “I love it, I just don’t always need that much space.”

Why 20L?

Besides pink ski poles, the 20L Day Bag is the most requested product we’ve ever made. Not because folks wanted less, but because they wanted something more practical for everyday use. A bag for:

• Commuting to work
• Quick trips to the grocery store
• The gym
• Running errands around the city

But we didn’t want to make a “lite” version of the original and sacrifice any of the features we spent so long designing. We wanted to build the 30L’s little sibling, same materials, same features, just a slightly smaller frame. A bag for when you don't need to carry your whole life on your shoulder.

What The Difference?

If you're not a specs or dimensions person, here's how we explain the difference. If the 30L is the bag for committing to a big day or weekend out, the 20L is for your normal day-to-day life. It carries what you actually need and leaves the rest behind. You can still fit your laptop, water bottle, wallet, keys, phone, AirPods, books, groceries, gym clothes—the list goes on—but you won't overpack it. It's still machine washable, easy to pack down to bring on trips, and comes in the same classic colors.

If you are a specs person, here's a handy reference of the measurements:

• 20L: 16" x 12" x 8"
• 30L: 18” x 13” x 8.5”

All Day Bags are finally now restocked. Regardless of the size you choose, we're confident you're going to love it. The 20Ls will begin shipping March 2nd and the 30Ls will ship beginning March 23th. Cherry Blossom is a limited edition color and we only made a few, so if you like it, don't wait too long!
